Early career teachers can easily become overwhelmed with information and competing priorities. Our Happy Teacher – Early Career program is tailored specifically to the needs of beginning teachers.
The program is tailored specifically to the needs of teachers in their first, second and third years of teaching. Register your early career teachers in the program specific to their experience. They will receive weekly articles specific to their well-being needs at that stage of their journey and that stage of the term.
The articles will also be sent to one mentor in your school.
Our program provides short and specific guidance to support their well-being needs. Weekly articles are designed to help them look after their own well-being and cope with the demands of teaching.
The program also includes bonus resources sent directly to the teachers in terms 2 and 4.
For example, the “It’s Worth It” box for first year teachers has proven especially popular. It is designed to stay with them throughout their career, to collect and store notes or cards of appreciation, to reflect upon when times are tough.

Our annual membership will be on a pro-rata basis for the balance of the year.
The Happy Teacher program is NOT just for beginning teachers in their first year. Our programs have been developed for early career teachers in each of their first three years. Please include your 2nd and 3rd year early career teachers in your overall numbers. The program and guidance they receive will be specific to their stage of their career.
