Changes in the curriculum, increased accountability, demanding or absent parents, poor student behaviour, changes in society, tightening budgets and a push to do more with less, all contribute to increased pressure in schools. We work with people every day and people are unpredictable

Ode to Staff in Schools

This Happy School article is a special edition to mark World Teachers’ Day. In Australia and New Zealand the day is celebrated on the last Friday in October. The ode recognises the impact all staff in schools have on the young people we are trusted with.
